Our specialty is total design referred to as Electronic Packaging.
We design from an idea or customer specifications to meet all Form, Fit and Function requirements.
We gain experience from projects ranging from the Space Station Freedom, Military Satellites, microwave landing systems for aircraft and power converters on the F16. The challenges we had to overcome included limited space and strict weight requirements, high vibration and shock testing, extreme temperature operating ranges and electronic emission restrictions. The most challenging being heat load management to insure reliable operation of the product.
On the consumer and industrial side the main challenge has been high volume low cost design for manufacturing. Having hands on experience with Printed Circuit Manufacturing and assembly, coupled with our machine design capability, gives us a practical edge to design cost effective products.
